Here are some common questions and answers about our web site or products:

Q- How come I can find my products but cannot get the price for them?

A- One needs to be logged in to see prices since we have both customers in Canada and the US and even international customers.

Q- How do I go about placing an order for oligonucleotides, peptides or other custom order?

A- These custom orders have to be placed by email since they require special care and information, such as the sequence, quantity and purity level. You can email all your special requests to marcg@medicorp.com .

Q- How long does it takes normally for delivery of the orders?

A- You should receive a second order confirmation by email after the initial web order confirmation, this one letting you know more about delivery time. Normally Consumable items and in-stock reagents are shipped within the same day, non-stock items and most perishables are shipped within a week and some custom or overseas product orders are shipped within two weeks max. Any unusual situation like back orders should be communicated shortly to customers.

Q- How come I cannot get promotional pricing for my order?

A- Promotions and discounts will apply after your order is processed internally at Medicorp, for which you shall receive a second confirmation within 24-48 hours. Don't forget to mention any promotional code or request in the appropriate section at the end of the order check-out.

Q- Where can I find technical documentation on the products?

A- With more than 40 suppliers and 50,000 products, the Medicorp web site just cannot keep all updated information on all products. Visit the web site of the supplier by clicking on their Logo to find more information about a specific product.
